Captcha Recognition Model and App

Developed a CNN-based machine learning model for CAPTCHA recognition, involving data collection, preprocessing, model design, training, and evaluation. Used Python, Keras, TensorFlow, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, and Matplotlib. Created a FastAPI application serving as an API for real-time CAPTCHA solving, ensuring seamless integration. The project resulted in a high-accuracy model with a user-friendly interface for manual testing and demonstration.

Developed a neural network from scratch using NumPy, alongside practice examples and an analytical project on social media activity and emotion. Tools used: Python, NumPy, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, Matplotlib. Successfully created a functional neural network showcased in detailed Jupyter notebooks. Also developed a method to analyze social media data for emotional trends, revealing insights into social media's impact on user emotions.

Developed a C++ application to generate and solve mazes using recursive and iterative Depth-First Search (DFS) algorithms. Utilizing C++ and the SDL2 library, I created an efficient application capable of handling large mazes with customizable parameters, demonstrated through detailed visualizations.
